Former Great British Bake Off contestant Iain Watters has been announced as the ambassador of this year's Wallace & Gromit's BIG Bake in aid of the Wallace & Gromit's Children's Charity, alongside Fiona Cairns.

The charity, which supports children in local hospitals and hospices, asks bakers to hold bake sales December 7-13. Watters, who has donated recipes along with Cairns, commented 'I love baking with my young niece so it's great to be helping raise money to support sick children and their families all over the country. You don't need to be a star baker to get involved; every penny raised by your cupcakes, breads and brownies will help to make a real difference'.
